1. Where are you located?
I run a home-based detailing business in Dyer, Indiana. All services are done by appointment only and most jobs are drop-off at my location. The address will be provided after booking.
2. Do you offer mobile detailing?
Yes — I offer mobile detailing for smaller jobs in Northwest Indiana and nearby areas. For larger details (over 4 hours), it’s strongly recommended to drop your car off at my location to ensure the best results. I also offer vehicle pickup and drop-off if needed.
3. Are you fully insured?
Absolutely. I'm fully insured to protect your vehicle and give you peace of mind during the entire detailing process.
4. Do I need an appointment?
Yes, all services are by appointment. This allows me to focus fully on one vehicle at a time and maintain my high level of attention to detail. My Availability is Saturdays through Tuesdays.

6. How long does a detail take?
Each service varies, but time estimates are listed during booking. Full details or paint enhancement packages can take 4+ hours. I’ll keep you updated as I go.
7. Can you remove pet hair, stains, or odors?
Yes — I offer dedicated add-ons for pet hair removal, deep stain treatment, and interior odor neutralizing. Be sure to mention any problem areas when you book.
8. How do I pay?
I accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Payment is due when the service is complete.
9. What’s your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. I understand life happens — just keep me in the loop.
10. Are there vehicles you don’t work on?
At this time, I do not service:
RVs, boats, or trailers
Oversized commercial fleet vehicles
